PT Armadian Tritunggal (the “Company”) was established in the Republic of Indonesia based on Notarial Deed No. 4 dated June 14, 1999 of Hasanal Yani Ali Amin, S.H. The Deed of Establishment was approved by the Ministry of Justice in its decision letter No. C-18251.HT.01.01.TH.99 dated October 28, 1999, and published in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 16, Supplement No. 1023 dated February 25, 2000.
The Company’s Articles of Association have been amended several times. The Company’s Articles of Association were last amended in relation to Article 3 of the Company’s aims and objectives as stated in the Deed of Statement of Resolutions Outside the Meeting of Shareholders of PT Armadian Tritunggal No. 23 dated March 6, 2025, made before Hannywati Gunawan, SH., Notary in Jakarta, which amendment to the Articles of Association has been approved by the Minister of Law of the Republic of Indonesia as stated in the Decree of the Minister of Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. AHU-0018638.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2025, and has been registered in the Company Register No. AHU-0061537.AH.01.11.TAHUN 2025, both dated March 14, 2025
In accordance with Article 3 of the Articles of Association, the Company is engaged in Holding Company Activities, Management Consulting Activities, and Wholesale Trading of Solid, Liquid, and Gas Fuels, and related Products.
The Company’s registered office is located at Sinarmas MSIG Tower, 10th Floors, Jl. Jenderal Sudirman Kav. 21, South Jakarta.
